Refund policy

Returns We accept returns on unopened, unused items only within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
  • Request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products not in original condition or packaging
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Items returned after 15 days
  • Returns due to change of mind or personal preference (including scent or texture)

Opened products are strictly final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include: order number, description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We'll review each case carefully and offer a solution where appropriate.

How to Start a Return To request a return, contact us at: naturalwmore@gmail.com Please include: order number, reason for return, and photos (if needed). All returns must be approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order after your refund is completed.
