SECTION 3 — PRODUCT INFORMATION, NATURAL VARIATION & ALLERGIES

Natural&More creates skincare and body-care products using natural and organic ingredients, including but not limited to deodorants, creams, sun tan oil, and frankincense milk.

Due to the natural nature of our ingredients:

  • Color, texture, scent, and consistency may vary between batches
  • Such variations are normal and do not indicate a defect

Skin sensitivity & patch testing

All skincare products may cause reactions for certain individuals. You are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test before full use. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, all products are intended for external use only.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the shipping carrier, except where prohibited by law.

SECTION 8 — RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Eligible returns:

  • Products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
  • Products that have been opened and used, only if they caused an adverse skin reaction or irritation, reported to us within 15 days of delivery and not used beyond reasonable testing
  • Products that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, reported within 48 hours of delivery

Non-eligible returns:

  • Opened or used products, other than the adverse-reaction exception above
  • Products returned due to scent, texture, or other personal preference
  • Products returned because the customer no longer wants to use them
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Products showing use beyond reasonable testing
  • Products returned after 15 days

All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved before being sent back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
